| About our Master My name is Vicente A. Albuerne I'm the master of Family Taekwondo School began martial arts training in 1987 1995 Certified TKD instructor by Instituto Superior de Cultura Fisica Manuel fajardo ( CUBA ) Fifth Dan Certified by World Taekwondo Federation ( W.T.F ) Second Dan Certified by International Taekwondo Federation ( I.T.F ) With over 25 year of Experience in this Olympic Sport I’m dedicate to teach the traditional Korean martial arts to my students. My philosophy Build a strong mind and body Learn the basic elements of Taekwondo the Forms ( taeguks ) Learn the art of Fight with the Taekwondo Kick technique Creative a Future olympic Martial art athletic Martial Arts Program This program contains a detailed curriculum focused on improving preschool aged children’s basic listening and motor skills. Theses will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic approach. We believe between the age 3 and 7 are the more important years of child’s development. Our program can enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. There are 10 major skills that our instructors focus on when training children 3 to 7 years old. Those skills are: Focus Teamwork Self control Balance Memory Discipline Fitness Coordination Leadership Respect for adult Each class, we will cover one of these skills with a variety of activities that are fun and at the same time educational. The following are some activities that we cover in our taekwondo class . Teen (13 and above) this program included extra training like kick boxing, self defense, knife defense. |
