Sparring Team This class is for the intermediate level in taekwondo (green belt to red tip ) Ages from 8 to 12 years old The schedule is Monday 5:30pm to 6;30 pm Wednesday 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Friday 5:00 to7:00 pm Saturday 11:30 to 1:30 pm We believe that through our professional Taekwondo program we will help our children feel confident and secure in their every day life. We have created a program specifically designed for our children to learn discipline, self-defense, self-esteem and respect for adults. |
